Same here, hope to do it but will leave it till the last minute before I decide, According to CI website you can sign on on the day €5 extra so I may not decide until Sunday morning  :o
I'll pop an email to Niall to make sure CI details are correct.

I'm not sure yet - had planned it all summer but got a virus the week after Cooley and then went on hols with family so was off bike for 4 weeks.  Back on it just over a week now and starting to feel a bit better but think this might be a week or 2 too soon.

I'm only home now. A great day out..... a load of imbrc'ers down there including Paulie doing time keeping! Gareth and Smithers got podiums so well done to them. It was a tough one at 4.17 for me. I can't wait to see the times as I feel I was  up there (fingers crossed). Having said that, there were about 20 of the Epic crew in the race and I'd say 19 of them were ahead of me!

Great results from gareth and smithers in the 35km support race coming in 2nd and 3rd.

That was by far the best course I've ever ridden, a proper tough course with a mixture of everything. think I finished at around 4.30, tried to keep it steady throughout but at 50-55k I felt done for until I realized I should just HTFU and get on with it  ;D enjoyed it again after that. One thing that annoyed me tough, I've never ever had to stop during a race for a toilet break before but for some reason I had to stop 4 bleedin times and water the trees, very frustrating as each time I stopped I lost places. felt strong for the last 10 k and gave a good push to the finish, also took back a few positions :D.Anyway absolute fantastic course and a great day out.

Well done to Gareth and John on getting podiums, great stuff. Podiums in this and cross last week for both these lads! Brilliant stuff
And Ryan had a great race too, he jumped in at the deep end for this one but finished strong.
