Additionally – special recognition trophies will be awarded will be presented to the following Sports riders (note that Sports category was not included in the overall league awards):

David Hickey (u/a) and Paul Barry (IMBRC) for their dedication in racing at all 7 events in 2009, and also to Mark McGauley (MADMTB) for his self-promotion from Sports after winning NPS Rnd.1 and his subsequent performance in Masters category where he improved on nearly every previous race result.

we're not too sure who the dapper lad is who was giving out the trophies though....some think it was a local priest...others believed him to be the man in black Johnny Cash....
