Great news. There's a 2km and 1.5km grass running loops, which go past the sand filled horse showjumping paddock. Lots of different surfaces to play with, even if it's a relatively flat venue.

I go running there when my son is playing soccer in the indoor arena. It's hardly used at present. I never see anyone else out on the course, but it does hold a running XC race every autumn http://www.athleticsireland.ie/downloads/events/Autumn_Open_2017_Info.pdf

Saw this a while back, its deadly
Cross has truly hit the big time in Ireland
Best cycling discipline ever  :)
