To be honest, buy decent ones like Magic Shine, Exposure or similar, they'll last years and won't fail on spins.
I've tried running cheap and eventually bit the bullet and bought decent.
I've a Magic Shine 4 years and an exposure for 2. The Magic Shine one I have lasts for 3 hours on full beam on standard battery.
They're but cheap by comparison but worth it in the long run.

You know magic shine were the original cheap Chinese lights. I have a 9 year old set which i got from deal extreme. The light is fine but the battery doesnt last long.
Some one in the uk then started importing them and selling with a high mark up.

I would only buy from china if you were not in a hurry. I was lucky and got them after 2 weeks but others have waited much longer.
Ebay from the uk is the cheapest option or magic shine uk
