Tough day in the office - done the practice lap and we where thinking "ok ... what we getting ourselves into"
Was a very tough course very old school cross country course - i really did enjoyed it,
Lap 1 was clean , Lap 2 come off the bike Lap 3 clean enough but getting tired
I tried to get into a rhythm straight away and not to explode to hard at the start and on the fire road where there was foad road climbing i was spinning the legs again trying not to explode(I think this worked in my favor)
Legs started to get tired near the end of second lap. a few sections i had to get off and run up to the next flat section and back on the bike cos now power left in the legs
crossing the line for the finish my legs just went all together -
