INTRODUCTORY/BEGINNER SPINS FOR 2015

Introductory/Beginner spins going to be held on:

Sunday 26th April at Ticknock 10am
Sunday 3rd May at Venue #2 10am
Sunday 17th May at  TBC 10am

These spins are open to both men and women over 14 years of age.

Riders under 18 years of age are required to print off and bring along a signed parental consent form and give it to the spin leader:

You will need the following:
- A helmet (No Helmet = No spin)
-A mountain bike in good working order
with suitable brakes & gears
-Appropriate clothing for cycling in cold
wet weather including gloves & rain-jacket (no jeans)
-Spare tube (suitable size and valve for your bike)
-Basic tools (allen key set, tyre levers, chain link)
-Food (cereal bar, banana…etc)
-Water

Great turnout for the first round yesterday, everyone was really getting into it as the session went on, which is a credit to Mick.

Yeah nice bunch of ppl was there.  Weather was brilliant untill I got to Saggart haha soaking wet now
