FREE – GEARING UP OFF-ROAD MTB COURSE
This year as part of National Bike Week (15th - 23rd of June), Cycling Ireland in conjunction with Ballyhoura Fáilte are running a Free Introduction to Mountain Biking Course in Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trails for the first lucky 16 people to sign up. Course candidates must over 18yrs.
LOCATION: Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trails
DATE: 22nd and 23rd of June 2013
TIME:10am to 4pm both days.
HOW MUCH IS THE COURSE?
The course is Free of Charge for the first lucky 16 people to sign up. Where candidates do not have their own Mountain Bike you can hire a Bike and Helmet on request. Discounted Rentals are available from

WHAT IS COVERED?
Throughout the course the rider will learn a variety of essential mountain bike skills from basic bike maintenance and domestic skills to more technical skills like track stand, cornering, descending, climbing, gear selection and lots more...
