Wasn't my day at all at the champs.. Stupidly saving myself the first three laps in fear of cramping which made me lose contact completely with the group, so the last lap turned into a sprint which made me make a few stupid mistakes  >:( But sure you learn from your mistakes!

Thanks to Adam and Johnny for doing the bottles.
Paul for the grub afterwards.
Fair play to Davey and Adam for getting on the podium!
And everyone else from the club around the course giving there support

Well done to all who raced, especially the podiumers, Davey and Adam.
And hard luck to those who suffered mechanicals, it was an unforgiving course.
