Another pre race easy spin this sat morning, meeting 10:30am Ticknock top carpark

Short 90mins handy pace like last week... All welcome  :)

Great spin today in the sunshine.....Anyone who wasnt there missed out  ;)

Highlight of the day was Brian was going over the bars on a sketchy drop that he spent 5 mins looking at first (he was ok, of course)  :)
