Paddys Day Easy Spin 17th

Im going out for an easy spin tomorrow morning. Meeting at ticknock top carpark at 10:30am

With the race on sunday, this will be a handy spin the legs for 90mins or so..! This will be ideal for any of the new members or beginner level riders (men & women) to come along.

That was grand short spin this morning, 8 of out...Myself, Craig, James T, John, Orla, Sinead, Charlie & Brian.

90mins around 3 rock, nothing hectic.  ;)
