I dont have one from this year as i have been doing the timing.... but here is one from last year..

Course is 95% the same except for the first turn into the single track is 70mts further up the fireroad.

that's a brilliant loop altogether - takes a bit of getting used to in order to get faster on it I'd say

Thanks Fergal....!!! Yea it takes a bit of local knowalage to get around the course faster..! If your a good climber on a full suss, its the ideal bike..!

You have 4 weeks to practice them mental bombholes (double dipper)....coming to a race near you soon

Apologies for the flowery language tonight - it was directed at my bike - stupid rear wheel jumped off when going up the kicker the last time, apart from that - it was deadly - some serious sprinting to the finish line going on!

I had a look at the results and its all pretty tight up to 27th place, so thats bang on...!
