doing bottles for Niall and Conor at the world Champs was fairly freakin pressurising!

Yea must get a couple of new sparkling bottles, the ones i have now have seen better days with 4mths of winter training.

Yea pretty good, there was a couple of sloggy sections but that was it, the rest of the course was in pretty good condition, compared to saturday, it was a lot different.

Well done to all. It was great to see so many club members riding and to have support from those who didn't. Kilruddery I think is the highlight of the calendar (bar IMBRC races)
, with a great course and turnout. I haven't seen so many riders at a race in about 10 years.
In particular well done to Sadhbh and Mark for riding in Tuxedo jackets, I'd never have lived it down if you had beaten me Mark... Bring on round 2!
