Beginners Spin Sat 6th March

We'll be doing a handy spin in the Dublin Mountains. The focus will be on bike skills and having the craic.
There will be limited places on this spin so contact me ASAP to get you name down.
The spin will be approximately 2-3 hours, although you won't be pedalling all that time.

You will need.

A helmet (No Helment = no spin)
A mountain bike is good working order
Appropriate Cycling clothing for cold, wet weather (no jeans or track suits - Gloves & Rain Jacket essential)
Spare tubes,
Food,
Water
