You will need.

A helmet (No Helment = no spin)
A mountain bike is good working order
Appropriate Cycling clothing for cold, wet weather (no jeans or track suits - Gloves & Rain Jacket essential)
Spare tubes,
Food,
Water

Im a total newbie to imbrc, so not sure how this whole thing works! Obviously I have to pay registeration, to who and when? Wouldnt be a total beginner on the bike, but where is the spin on Sat anyway?
