Enjoyed that yesterday My first race of the year and probably first time HR exceeded 180bpm since last cx race. Glad to finish it out, really felt it on those climbs Jesus they hurt.
Well done to everyone who made it out some great results overall with quite a few people stepping up a category. Fair play
Lady Dixon in three weeks should be a great one.

What a race yesterday. Djouce never fails to deliver! Definitely  the best xc course in the country!
Only issue I had with yesterdays event was 5 laps for S2! Ouch
Got off well at start and managed to hold my position around 15 th till the 5th lap when rear derailer became part of my back wheel!
Spent 3 or 4 min bending it back into position and managed to finish race in 21st 
Plenty of IMBRC jerseys around. Well done to all who raced.

Agreed Joe, 5 laps was too much of a good thing. Though I did find I was able to pull back a couple of places on that last lap.
