Just select the off road licence. I will confirm it when you do. As it will appear in the club admin end of cycling ireland. Then you can pay for your licence. If you get it done before the weekend you can use the receipt of payment and the licence number to sign on without having to get a one day.

I've applied for that, Dave.

I have very little time to get to the gym, so I have to sculpt my guns at the office

I was told possibly four laps for elites, which would put the race well over 2.5 hours, it should be shorter laps or only 3 laps for elites.

40mins for elite??? That sounds supsiciously like the full lap of red trail.
Which would be interesting.

So that'd mean 1 lap for sports.

Ah maybe you might do it in less than an hour if you substituted Aftershock for PowerGel  ;)

Its up the usual fireroad start, take a left up the grassy climb, then a left into the new st, down towards the grass ditch near the house. Take a right up thefireroad and do the top section of new trails. Then back down and into the old st with the bombhole and back out to the start/finish fireroad.

But if the coilte lads are still working on saturday they will change it a bit.
