Myself and Ian are heading down Saturday morning to give this a lash.
24k morning stage before lunch followed by a 28k afternoon stage.
any one else going to give this one a go.

Just myself and Ian there today. Hard going with plenty of hard climbs
We started at the back on stage one and slowly made our way up the pack.
Ian had a big off on the last rockey decent and got the chain all cought up. Dust down and repair and off to the finish. We lost a few mins but sure what the heck.  Ian had to get the front wheel repaired  score stage 2
But that's a another story. Heading for some well deserved pints

Some savage climbs today but the descents were worth it. Had a couple of mechanicals and a few falls as usual but very enjoyable spin, well organised and a nice bit of grub as well (I like my grub )

2nd stage starter off well.  Mid field on the lead out Of the town till Ian had a mechinacal
By the time we had it fixed we were Paddy last. Legs came good so we pushed hard and took a load of places. 
Ian had some more mechanicals before we hit the mast.
I pushed on and had a blast on the decents. 10 k of hell on the way back to the car.
Hailstones the size of rocks.
Great event. Well worth the trip
