If it stays dry it will be fast and deadly. If it rains next week it will be a mess again, you just spin on the climbs in the wet, I went round recently and they have put a layer of gravel on most of the single track which made it a little loose and soft, its probably set in by now,
the Jump is pretty big maybe a 5ft gap and goes into a big berm, they had a pallet in the gap and I believe they are removing it for the race so you need to make the landing or smash! needs average speed. The chicken runs are long, uphill and costly. That wall is dodgey, more worried about the trees at the bottom than the drop itself, again there was alot of gravel put in to make a landing, it will also be ok in the dry.
