Bmx is an excellent way of cross-training in helping to improve bike control and explosive power, Plus it's great Fun
Might suit someone over the winter ripping it up in DC BMX's indoor track.....
This bmx is ready for the track, it doesn't need anything. When I got it I had to put on it new bars/stem, grips, new tyres and a chain tug.
Beautifully handling stiff aluminum frame with a 22" top tube, so it's more suited to Adults than kids. Profile race cranks are practically brand new, bike is immaculate ! If I had a bigger shed I wouldn't be selling this !
