Be careful up on the 2nd section of the top trail in 3 rock. Theres a deep gulley after forming from the rainwater that sent me on a somersault that cirque de soleil would've been proud of  : :-[

Met that yesterday while demisting my googles - was a beautiful landing that the Olympics would have been impressed with!!
