Glen you legend!!

I headed home after the youth race so whatever pics I have I'll stick up shortly, Great turn out from the club all the same.

Well done again,
Hopefully I'll be well for next weeks race.

I think we managed to rival epic with podiums considering they had double the amount of us! Great going lads  :)
as for my race.. first two laps were going good until I snot myself and pulled the calf of myself leaving the last two fairly unpleasant to say the least!
The only thing willing me on was the fact how deadly the course was.. Glad to finish it thou.
As a matter of interest who actually managed to stay upright today?  :D

Big thanks to Johnnie for doing bottles, unfortunately I didn't need him..

I had mechanical on lap 2, rear derailleur would not shift.  Tried manually slacking but it but in the heat of the moment I pulled inner cable back through outer causing it to fray, couldn't re-fed  >:( >:( >:(.

Great turn out from club and well done to all.

Hats off to course designer and builders.  Phenomenal course  8).

Roll on next wkend.. it's all about recovering.
