The Blast is on this weekend.... Im sure some of you are giving it a bash  :)

Brilliant video from Victor Lucas ...makes me wanna have a go...but on a short travel xc bike ..ummm i'll decide tomorrow.

Here is more info from Epic site...

Final Blast info

1. Its this Sunday the 19th
2. first 300 riders
3. parking is in a field 200 yards before the finish same as last year
4. 1 heat 1 final 1 main blast
6. No preriding - Kevin Coughlan and Stephen Mellon of Loose Cannon Racing are in charge of loser abuse
7. entry fee €25
8. One day licence €20
9. Bring cakes
10. Bring Sambos
