I think Kilruddery would be perfect. Big fields for parking, easy access to the M50 for access, classic course with all kinds of terrain - open mountain, fireroads, tight singletrack, woodland, etc. and even room for a DH track. Only thing is the mud but could be got around.
Big opportunity for Kippure house too I would have thought. Is that why they have suddenly got interested?
