Myself and Jason did a lap this eve!
Would highly recommend a couple of things
1. A dropper post Or some very tight Lycra as drop/jumps are a plenty with B lines carrying a heavy penalty
2. A good pair of climbing legs! Or a Goat even. But defo skip breakfast as the extra weight will defo add to the misery that is about to be set upon you.
3. Suncream, suncream & more suncream. Talk about suntraps the climbs are ovens at 5 pm.
Last one get some Laps in as trails are loose and slipply as feck
