hey guys im off to belgium on friday and some other places too (so is niall) heh
but anyway guys behave yourselfs, dont do anything i wouldnt doo! ;)

keep the bikin up! fair play to the idiots who dared to race at the weekend..hehe just kidding, great results..keep er lit lads...i had a great time training in Sligo over the long weekend :P
Savage weather for training now...after 9 when it gets dark so no excuses noww

yea have fun bud...should be good crack...i mighnt see you till middle of the summer...im off to the gealtacht for 3 weeks staight after school finishes...
mite go out on the road bike this evening...was cycling home from school and just got that feeling that i wanted to go back out in the nice warm sun...and the breeze...ohhhhh....yea have a good time bud!!
