Trans Wales Update

Well done to Dave O Brien and Dave Askin on finishing the trans Wales today and getting 4th overall super result& seems it could have easily been 3rd but for a puncture.

Have either of the Dave's got a race report for us?
Would be interested to hear how it went, in case i get fit for next years one  :-\
Whats good/bad...What to bring/not to bring...training...eating.. Ye know the usual!
