Well that was rough going today...!! Not an easy course to race on..!

Some good results.... Delighted for Jim getting on the podium for the first time.  8)
And Rose despite trying to break a rock with her leg won the S2.. And luke coming in 4th in S1

And few other top tens i think also  :)

Yes well done, there was nothing enjoyable about the course I am still rattling,  :D  Had a solid race though.
I think the clubs like Killarney last year get a tough break and I am sure they could do a great job with the right venue.

Yeah well dont to everyone that done the race yesterday! Have to say I kinda liked that course, wasnt my all time favourite now but defo wasnt the worst course ever. I just made the mistake of bringing the wrong bike....should have brought the full suss! My legs were so tired from having to stand up out of the saddle for so long!
When I got home my back wheel was flat on my bike.....so I could have easily being a DNF!

Some impressive results, Luke and Jim Haide especially.
I have very little time to get to the gym, so I have to sculpt my guns at the office

Tough race yesterday like Rose it wasn't my all time favourite course but it was good and I really enjoyed it tough as it was.
I got a good start and when I got to the top of the hill and looked around I couldn't believe I had a gap opened up on with only a few chasing and it wasn't long before Oscar caught and passed me.  He was soon out of sight so I concentrated on trying to hold my position.  On the next lap Paul Coyne passed and I kept with him for a while but I was starting to lose a lot of time on the rocky descent.   ???
It continued like this making time on the climbs and losing it on the big rocks.  The 3rd lap I got totally on the wrong line for the descent and got bounced from rock to rock ending up in 6th position at the bottom of the fireroad climb but by the start of the 4th lap was back to 3rd.  After that it was a case of keeping going as hard as I could.  Had to sprint up the hill to the finish line to get 3rd. >:(
1st time on the podium which I'm delighted with hope its not the last. ;)

A big thanks to Susie for doing the bottles.

Well done to Rose on another win, to Luke 4th in S1 and Joe who was also flying in S2.
