I agree with Dave.  Then you'll have Niall around aswell and also be more likely to get a good turnout and be assured of weather.  What about the weekend following the Nationals (26th/27th july) or a few weeks before (5th/6th or 12th/13th)?  Might work better in that we could run a downhill day aswell.  People will have the new kit too.

Still yet to confirm, but would say its easily closing in on 50, with a few here or there. Really good now, yea we could run a mini DH champs day too, all at the same venue, would be really cool.

yea thats a good idea to accommidate the dh lads and all
but were can you make a short dh run in hell fire??
thers a couple of possibilities but the hillwalkers are the main problem for dh riding

Yea but its only going to be a small event with the lads in the club. We can run the cross country race with the DH lads keeping an eye out and then vice versa for the DH race afterwards. Could easily run it from the house, down to the carpark, easy to do. Be a short course but worth a bit of a laugh.
