Hey Aga, legs are still shot after the weekend & last night so I'm just doing a recovery session this evening. Doing threshold intervals tomorrow avo but probably on the road bike.... 
Will be heading up Saturday morning for the club spin @ 3 rock - see you there??

Hey Aga,

Definitely up for a few training spins for the round 4. Heading up this evening (sorry short notice) from about 6ish for a few laps.
Will be away next week so let me know if you want to meet up week after.

Probably heading to Derroura for rd3 also.
