We're signing in on weekly basis, places selling fastIf you're in a club, Paul post link for registration on forum here each week.
There's 5stages, in Slade, great atmosphere. Running each Tue. Feel free to ask if you need more info

Hey Aga, legs are still shot after the weekend & last night so I'm just doing a recovery session this evening. Doing threshold intervals tomorrow avo but probably on the road bike.... 
Will be heading up Saturday morning for the club spin @ 3 rock - see you there??

Hi Sandra, you're crazy woman so you are! I'll be in Ticknock tonight with lads come and join us, 7:30 rolling upper carpark.
Can't Friday, I'm not sure about Saturday yet,  but possibly I'll be there to slow everyone up

Hi guys,

After today's Biking blitz decided to go for another one due to loads of fun.
 So I'll be preparing myself for it as I'm still a newbie. Anyone wants to join me or suggest other trails for training, you're more then welcome, is all about having a great fun after all. Weekends would be the best option for me though

I'm heading to Ticknock this Wed 14.02 have to be AM though, for a quick one

Anyone?

A bit of driving to Ballyhoura, never done it before. But planning to do some trening sessions in Ticknock, anyone more than welcome to join me weather more or less expirienced.
