In case anyone hasnt heard the sad news that another cyclist was killed on the roads yesterday.

This was Ryan McCarthy who is Leah's brother and Peter Buggles nephew. Many of you would have seen him about at races over the years. Its very sad and to happen doing something you love.

RIP

Awful to hear that.. a young man with his whole life ahead of him.. thoughts are with leah and his family
