Best upgrade you will ever get. Say goodbye to punctures and pinch flats. You can run lower pressure in tyres which will increase grip. Don't bother with that tubeless kit, you can get stans rim tape, 2 valves and sealant for 48e on crc. I have some used but in good condition tubeless ready tyres if your interested.

You can run 160 m disc/rotors without adaptors, anything bigger will require adaptors.

I have a Specialized Rockhopper with standard centre pull brakes and am looking at upgrading to disc's front and rear.
The wheels and frame are set up for disc's so would it be better to go cable or hydraulic ???
Is Avid a good make ???
