Another noobie question, do I need a helmet mount or are they used on the bars??

It's personal preference really but most people seem to prefer them on their heads so you have light wherever you look.

You can also look behind to make sure nothing's following you whenever you get freaked out up at the hellfire club in pitch darkness, but maybe that's just me...

Yeah big thanks Paul for the hours that go into the start times and results etc.  The big turnouts were testement to the work gone into the course and the organisation.  Hope your arm can be twisted into doing it again next year!

That's me, just did the sport course not the full distance the lads did and I was so wrecked by the time I reached the end I forgot to take my helmet off for the obstacle course!  But that's what happens when you don't do any running in preparation!  Good craic though will do the other one in september
