2019 XC NPS dates below starting (14 weeks away) and finishing up north with MAD being the only Dublin round and a trip to the mighty Kingdom !
MBCC doing nationals in July

A few pics from the kids racing, supporting (with cow bell) and chilling (was snowing as u10's crossed the line) from Sunday !

PS : Davey ur going g8 guns if u keeping pace anywhere near Micko...stage racing must be bringing you on or more likely the training you did to prepare for it is responsible ! Recommend stage race to everyone just for the craic of it but here is clear example of how much it brings you on too !

A few pics from IMBRC MOUNTAIN SPROCKETS at last NPS of year in Sligo !

Photo attached of Anna after her win in the U8's race with Maria whose 4th secured her 3rd for the series in u10's  ! IMBRC Girl power !
Callum also had an impressive 5th in u8's and he will again be U8s next year again where he will be joined by Darragh who was delighted to win u6 fun race and will be joining Callum and the big boys in u8s next year !
Photo of group celebrations also attached and of bridge building with Darragh from Epic !

A big thanks to host club Northwest MTB for the effort in making the kids courses a proper mtb challenge !

Great racing and more impressive results , well done all ! IMBRC Mountain sprocket Kids: Norman, Darragh, Cian, Anna, Callum & Maria took part in the non championship fun categories in the grassy field where it was more CX than XC but all gave a good account of themselves and there were medals and sweets for all at finish !

Well done Ger a great top 10 s2 result and Milos 3rd in s3 !
We had more of our mountain sprockets racing yesterday than senior and was some great racing including Anna  win in u8s.
I 'll do a report and put it in mountain sprockets section ...just awaiting the issue of the underage results  !

Great memories from this race over the year...often made a weekend out of it with some of lads. I'll be sitting it out this year with knee injury but recovery going well so plan to be at start line for next year's edition.
Anyone who hasn't raced this and thinking about it my advise is stop thinking and sign up you won't regret it ....a must do race on Irish MTB calender. Thoughts will be with Gerry Mc Cabe this year who added so much to this event over the years.

Well done Davey, Is say wind made it tough going in parts !  did my 1st one with Dwayne for charity back in the day ! Done a few since ...last one with Joe n Craig a few yrs back !
Well done !  U'll be flying for 8 he mtb next week after a few recovery spins !

utterlty shocking news...I popped up last night to pay condolences to Dec n Johnny, v restpectful set up . A lovely photo of him with that ear to ear smile you are talking about Davey on display.....thats how I remember him, an absolute horse of a competitor and a gentleman. may he rest in peace.
