I'll be in Ballyhoura with the two kids.

Hopefully I don't follow the juniors on the short loop, like I did last year.

Don't go all that way and only do baggys when you are well able for pros

Its a 34k loop so you might as well get value for money

That "well able"... I might be well ae to fly to moon and back...
Now I know there's value for money, but would you race and finish at bottom 20 or race and finish in top 10? I still have few days to sign up.
But how's trails there, been only once racing there eurochamps marathon... So don't remember much

Trail's are pretty good. Worth doing the long one. Do you want a 1h or 2h spin?
And top 10 is not an option for me in either category so Im not worried. Just try to beat my times from previous years

Tough going yesterday,. Weather was crap hah. I didn't knew any trails there, just some bits remembered from eurochamps marathon. So was racing moree or less in safe mode. Even tough managed to get cramps at about 20th km... So dropped speed a bit to make it without stopping. Managed in 2:02hrs... Pretty sure if not cramps would definitely squeeze under 2hrs... Well done to all who raced.

Good race yesterday. Weather was grand (dont know what Mareks is on about  :-\ ), a little wind in felled areas but otherwise good conditions. Managed to knock 13 mins off last years time, so happy with that improvement. I did it in under 2 hours once but i think unless they smooth out the trails again so i can use a hardtail thats beyond me. Its some boneshaker of a course now with how rough the trails have become over the years. Watching other struggling with back pain on the hardtails, i'm so glad i had a full suss.

Good turnout from the club and some great times. Ciara on the podium and a few of the sprockets too. Great to see JOT getting stuck into the racing.!  8)
