Leaving the Cycle superstore at  6:30 PM - 30k spin at reasonable pace.

Should be there, back has recovered enough from the Navan cross on Sunday, the roots were smoother than the grass!

Good hard spin last night. There was a few couldn't make it but we still had 8 people out and covered 36km.

Also checked out a bit of the course for Sunday. It will be a tricky course but the weather looks dry for the weekend so should be good.
