could anyone tell me when the xc champs are this year
and the k-cup rounds....
much appriciated...cant find dem anywere ;)

Tadhg,
Hope the exams went well....still plenty racing left for you. Note that the nationals and Cuchulainn Marathon are Saturday races and that the K Cap races are of slightly different format: mass start with slightly longer distance that the nps and to be one big lap (except the killruddery leg which is 2) . They are also planning a short 4X type event on Saturday.
The last rd of NPS in Djouce the week b4 the nationals is always a good race too.
It's great to see so much diversity in XC this year and the number of people taking part up again on last yr.

25 – 26 Jul 2009  (K-Capital)
22 – 23 Aug 2009  (K-Capital)
19 Sep 2009  Saturday,  (Marathon 'Da Dooley)
3 – 4 Oct 2009  (K-Capital)

yea dave leavin cert went well...all the study paid off anyway...so back on the bike time now
