Cross is coming so time to dust off the CX bike.

Tue evening spin meeting at the Cycle Superstore for 6:30pm.

Aiming to be finished before sunset so you should not need trail lights but its advisable to have flashing commuter lights.

Won't make it tonight, but I should be there next week.

I'm popping out to do laps of Saturday's course this evening, if I can hop the fence.

Turns out that WORC, Bray Wheelers and Epic were all doing sessions, so there was 30+ racing around the back field. Felt a lot like a race.

Saturday night will be tough.

Sneaky practice

5 out for tonight's cc spin. Bit the waterworks, Dodder valley and tymon ok for 30k spin. Good fun
