Note:

Best 8 rounds to count towards overall standing (plus hillclimb bonus)

In the case of a tie, it will be decided on a countback of points scored in last 4 rounds and so on to decide the tie

TK1=Timekeeper 60pts (1st time)
TK2=Timekeeper 30pts (2nd time)
TK3=Timekeeper 15pts (3rd time)
DNF=Did not finish 10pts

If I race 9 rounds of regular league would my '0' points for Hill Climb will be deducted from overall as lowest of 11?

Nope. Hillclimb was stand alone bonus points. CL is best 8 of 10 as usual and bonus points then added to final league total.
