Title: CX spin tue 14th

Due to the Ireland v Denmark match this will be a quick tue night spin.

Meeting at the old mill for 6:20pm and either doing a quick lap of the waterworks or some firhouse park and tymon park.
 
1 hours spin, no stops and back home in time for kick off  ;)

Paul, what's the route for tonight?
I might get up early and do a bit so could meet back at the Mill carpark or on the trail.

I think just to keep it simple as so people can find us, just go with the same as last week.
