4 MTB Orienteering events happening in May, starting times from 11.00, click on links for more info.
They're very enjoyable, I'd encourage everyone to try at least one.
I'll run some navigation training sessions with anyone interested in taking part.
I have map boards for bikes and compasses that people can borrow, there's no other additional kit needed.

The Slade round is clashing with NPS rd 3 in Lady Dixon
Anyone not doing the NPS should do the MTBO in slade.... You wont need a compass as you will recognise the station positions on the trail map they give you. It was great fun last year

Info HERE (http://ajaxoc.blogspirit.com/) about MTB Orienteering event May 22nd up in Slade (Slievethoul as other folk call it)
As Paul says, if you're going to NPS come on up and give this a shot!!
Niamh and John came over to the Curragh on Sunday and had a great time
