would have been on for this but away with family this wend ! anyone thinking of doing for 1st time...go for it ! g8 race over d Cooleys ! ground is boggy and can enduce cramps more than most terrain...a decent warm up has made difference for me on this b4 !!

Great day out and plenty of torture.! trails were grand and dry apart from the odd bit of bog hole. Huge entry.! Well done to all the club riders. Especially Brian White getting his first taste of Cooley suffering  ;D

I knocked over an hour off my last time in 2012, but i had bike mechanicals and flats that year. Still happy enough.

Great race by micko in 1st super/classic/legend (what every they call the over 50s) vets

Note to self, do not Da Cooley after CX race on Thursday, last hour was pure pain, did not know I could cycle as much with both legs cramping :-\. Started off with two tumbles in the first half hour so happy to have survived another Da Cooley.

Never easy to finish, well done to all the finishers.
