I raced the baggy shorts a couple of years ago. It's a nice enough track - nothing too technical or scary. Nice views to be had over Lough Corrib and Connemara if you're not too pushed about your position.  8)

Cheers Davey - My main aim was to aim was to finish and not be last :)

The last time i try the two laps at B,Stoe i failed due to not eating and my legs cramped up big time and had to pull out of the race with 5KM to the finish line -

I was not driving all that why to face the same out come again - so with training, and eating/drinking right(during the race) i was able to complete it :)

Over all the course was nice - Wooden board walks was super slippy and that goodness i didn't come off the bike(Delighted cos i seen a few people end up on there asses), one the way back down it was nice and flowie, over half of the trails were little rivers so on the first lap i was soaked ..., the bike was brill, no issues or flats(I seen at least 5 people having flats) -

All going well i be trying the Dublin Blitz too :)

Time to fly ;-)
