Round 4 of the Ulster Mountain Bike Cross-Country Series will take place on SATURDAY 3 August 2013 at Kilbroney Forest Park. At the same time the MTB Cross-Country race for the World Police and Fire Games will be taking place. The Ulster series will form part of the support races on the day. The WPFG race will start at 10 am. Sign on for the day starts at 8 am. Youth races will start at 10:45. We are hoping for a big crowd to come down and support our international guests.
The course will be very similar to the one used in Round 2 of the series.
The cross-country races are being organised by Dromara Cycling Club. At the same time there will be practice going on for the downhill race which will be taking place on the Sunday.
For more details about the support races see www.ulsterxc.com

Thanks all.....WHat a weekend up there....the loop was tough to begin with, nice steep climbs which I am not used to - but got through them!...Once they passed was sweet decents to the start line...the enduros helped a lot, as was flying down the more technical sections where S1/S2 guys were failing!!!! :P.....
3 loops for me.Think Colm had 5.....nae easy!......Good to see another IMBRC'er up there Colm :)
....and thanks a million to Mr C. Duffey for water bottle assistance at the end of each loop! 8)
Did the red / black trails yesterday - what a spin!!...What a climb to the top but so worth it! If not gone already, you have to check them out.....
