Great time of the year to start this training. I took classes 2 years ago and still using bells. No more leg cramps and stronger core.
3 exercises: Swings, Turkish lifts and Goblets, check this out http://www.bikejames.com/strength/1-kb-3-exercises-faster-rider/
I use 12kg in winter and 6kg during race season.

Nice one man, had a look :-\, liked the exercises and ordered the DVD now. Thanks for the heads up. If only I could stop those trees jumping out on me now Id be laughing for next season :P
