This isnt on till june but apparently its nearly sold out, less than 50 places left for anyone thinking of entering.

ill be up Saturday to do the practice run with some mates from Cork who are doing the race, I came off the bike up there on Monday bust myself up dong some of the trails.

Im not getting much better at biking but dam im getting good at falling off :P. no dislocated shoulders or anything this time just cuts and bruises and have been resting the last few days hence no racing on Tuesday night. if this rain keeps up its going to be a tuff course on Sunday i tell ya.

Myself, Duffman and John Kelly are doing it. Meeting up at 10 on sat for practice. It wud be a bit of craic if we all did the Sunday together for a bit of moral support  :)

Bad day for me. Stupidly switched to flats this morning and snot myself on the first stage. Ended up with a DNF, a broken saddle and a bruised left testicle  :(
Absolute slopfest out there that was beyond my level of skill, I think I should stick to xc or I'll end up dead :)
Fair play to john who flew it on his hardtail.
