Hi boys and girls i am looking forward to buying my first mountain bike i have a budget between a 1000 and 1200 euros not sure what to buy any help would be great thanks.

ktm do a nice 30 speed hardtail for 1100 withrockshox airfork

For that budget fitzy your best looking at a hardtail as you wont get a decent full suss in that price range unless you found a good 2nd hand bike...

Its prob best learning the rops on a hardtail too and they are easier and prob cheaper to maintain.

Drop into the Cycle Inn (tallaght) and ask for Mick, you'll get good advice on whats available in that price range.

Look at getting a Giant XTC hardtail, you should get a good one for about a grand.
