Title: IMBRC Beginner Spin Sat 4th Feb
Post by: Paul on January 25, 2012, 11:56:43 PM: The next beginner spin will take place in Ballinastoe woods @10:30am on Sat Feb 4th

This is for both men and women beginner level riders age 14 upwards. Pace will be handy but we will most likely split people into smaller groups again.

We require to you register your interest by filling out this form (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dDUxMERkUlZTUFpxNHJHZmFtX0tWX0E6MQ&ifq) (not required if you filled in the form for the last spin)

If you are U18 you will have to bring along a signed parental consent form (https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid=explorer&chrome=true&srcid=0B4u3zy5CwLpXZDhhMThlMDgtNzQ1Yi00YmIyLWI3NDEtZjQ1Yzk5MmZiNzli&hl=en_US) This is very important as we cant bring you on the spin without it.!

You will need the following:

A helmet (No Helmet = No spin)
A mountain bike in good working order and working brakes
Appropriate cycling clothing for cold, wet weather, gloves (no jeans or track suits)
Spare tube, basic tools (allen key set, tyre levers)
Food (cereal bar, banana...etc)
Water
