Should be very dry for this.... an amazing new venue which we are very lucky to have gotten. Riders will race around Grange Castle International Business park... you can enter online here http://mtbireland.com/cyclocross/page.php?6
This year we have two cats...an A and a B race.. for those that raced in the the past if you finished in the top 50% then ride A or the bottom 50% ride B.... for new riders try B and if you trash the guys then move up to A.... B races will be slightly shorter than A races but over the same great course.
Cyclocross training started many weeks ago and if you're interested continue tomorrow night in Woodstown GAA pitches up in Ballycullen starting at 6:45pm... Everybody welcome from seasoned pro to absolute beginner so don't be shy....

Amazing course today up in grange castle. An excellent starting straight which really set the pace throughout, well for my whole two laps before i got a puncture managed to change the wheel and got another lap or so before my crank came off ??? What the hell...how does that even happen! Anyway i headed home after that as i wasn't very happy :'( so didnt see the A race but the usual IMBRC'ers were there Luke, Micko, Rob and Les.

Easy if you were 7ft tall, but great for stretching out the groin :)
