Post by: Gar on July 18, 2010, 07:04:45 PM
Super event there. EPIC really raised the bar.

Well done to all the racers, especially our 2 nationals champs James the Masters Champ & Squeak the new under 23 Champ (I have the jersey in my car)

Well done to everyone else too - great turnout from the club.

What a show, such a hard course, it seemed a lot easier on the pre ride:-) I just love to race in Djouce.  Well done to Epic, you could see how much work went in to the course.   Flowers and Champagne on the podium, absolute class.  The Bar for XC events has been raised yet again. What do I do with these flowers so they don’t die!

Well done guys great results .... that was a savage course ...i agree... it felt almost tame in my warm up lap.. but was killer when racing ! great overall event by Epic .....thinking of the kids and parents with the bouncy castle and face painting was a great idea.... the cow bells were another nice touch !

Very impressive event. From the signage through to the video screens. The turn out was pretty amazing too.

And James, your kitchen looks spotless :-)
